Engaging Families and Responding to Concerns

(with Virtual Professional Development on Thursday)

October 21-23, 2025 at 2:00-3:00 PM Eastern

(3) 1-hour virtual sessions, $150 per person

Families are important partners in school-based sex education. This training will help professionals partner with families in two critical ways: 1) support professionals in proactive family communication and engagement regarding their sex ed work and 2) providing strategies for and practice in responding to family questions and concerns.

This training series left me feeling more confident and empowered in my work! I thought that the mix of spending time learning from our passionate and knowledgeable educator while also getting to have conversations together as participants and to share our knowledge with one another was a great and effective model.
